Bent frame.
Restored
to spec.
We straighten motorcycle frames. That's the whole job. No bodywork, no engine work. We measure the frame and pull it back as close to factory-new as the damage allows.

We only touch what affects the frame.
Forks, triples, and mounts come off clean and go back on straight. We only touch what's in the way of the frame.
The equipment
we build every job on
Two machines. One from Italy, one from Germany. Every frame goes through both.

Motojig Frame Machine
Italian-made jig built for motorcycle frames. We mount the frame here and pull it back to true, slow and controlled, so we only move the metal that actually needs moving.

Scheibner Measuring System
This is the gauge. It tells us where the frame sits against spec before we start, and again when we're done. It also holds factory specs for 1,200 bike models, so we're checking against the exact numbers for your bike. We go by the numbers, not by eye.
What we do
Frame work only. Riders, repair shops, and insurance work all welcome.

One frame
on the jig
at a time.
We don't stack jobs. Every bike is booked in by appointment and gets the full machine. One at a time.
First we measure the frame on the Scheibner and give you a straight estimate based on how bent it is, before any work starts. You know the cost up front.
Then the frame goes on the Motojig. We pull it back in stages and check the gauge between every pull.
When it comes off, the frame is straight to the gauge, as close to factory-new as the damage allows.
Every frame gets a Scheibner report.
Before we touch a frame and again when we're done, the Scheibner system prints a Chassis Certificate showing exactly where it sits against factory spec. No guessing.
The sample report beside shows a frame that came in out of spec across camber, steering-head angle, and both length measurements. Click it to read the full sheet.
